There is no illness that if we have: forces us to change our diet -- for some diseases we do but for a short period -- then comes the anal fissure,
no wonder we have to change our diet outright. At first, I was unwelcoming to this idea, but later I settled for giving up my gratification for food. The excruciating pain took a lot out of me.
In retrospect, I don't regret it. I'm doing well -- fair and square.
Although, in the beginning, I was uncertain about the diet because the stool
didn't soften (it happened due to the posture I assumed on the toilet I realized later).
Now, let's acknowledge the healing diet.

To this, non-Indians would say unuseful. But I shared it with you -- so it could at
least act as a reference for you.
