An Elaborate View Of The Diet For Anal Fissure/Hemorrhoids

There is no illness that if we have: forces us to change our diet -- for some diseases we do but for a short period -- then comes the anal fissure, no wonder we have to change our diet outright. At first, I was unwelcoming to this idea, but later I settled for giving up my gratification for food. The excruciating pain took a lot out of me.

In retrospect, I don't regret it. I'm doing well -- fair and square. Although, in the beginning, I was uncertain about the diet because the stool didn't soften (it happened due to the posture I assumed on the toilet I realized later).

Now, let's acknowledge the healing diet.
Diet for anal fissure/hemorrhoids

Our lunch/dinner almost looks like this. See the quantity of sabzi we have.

To this, non-Indians would say unuseful. But I shared it with you -- so it could at least act as a reference for you.

Anal Fissure Cure Without Undergoing Surgery!

When it didn't heal for 3 months, I did think I'd need to experience surgery. Thankfully, I took a second opinion. Let's acknowledge the Elephant in the room Disclaimer: Antibiotics were in my prescriptions. I do not recommend taking them unless prescribed by your doctor. Being obscure The first time it had appeared, I mistook it for hemorrhoids for symptoms. It pained while defecating; the pain persisted. To my curiosity, I checked for swollen veins in the anus but to find that it was a small cut. I thought it was my nail that caused it. But I was relieved as I was scared of hemorrhoids. After two days, it healed. Inducted into I got it back, approx., one and a half years later. Due to my previous experience, I didn’t take it seriously. I thought it would go away in 2 days, but it lasted for a month. In that month, the first 15 days, I didn’t treat it. I bore the pain, thinking it'd heal. The pain was severe to the point that avoiding g...

Give Up Straining. How?

I always had this question when I was suffering from an anal fissure. Every doctor and even article says do not strain but never really answers this question. Some articles also suggest taking less time on the toilet but don't answer how. So, I was perplexed for some time since I took around 20 minutes on the toilet; It did convince me, and for a long time I thought, it was the reason for an anal fissure's occurrence. That was when I decided to delve into it for myself. I started by reading about our digestive system and also watched videos on it. Here, I'd like to toss a few medical terms for you that I've learned -- they are peristalsis, internal and external anal sphincters, etc. Where peristalsis is a process that causes the food's movement in our intestines (small and large): so the waste accumulates in our rectum thanks to peristalsis -- if piled-up waste is enough that creates pressure resulting in the opening of the internal anal sphincter -- thus we get the...

Does Anal Fissure Recur After Undergoing Surgery Or Healing Naturally?

I remember when I had gotten an anal fissure, I had to change my diet: which was tough. I also had this assumption that it occurred due to misfortune based on that I expected it to heal. So I could enjoy my meal as I used to pre-anal-fissure. As it got worse, I realized it wasn't some misfortune but a self-inflicted misery. Although I was still unaware of the cause of it getting worse since the diet was under control. I was also on laxatives, albeit I was following a fibrous diet (fibrous food helps soften the stool and prevent constipation). Straining, who would have thought, was the reason for worsening. It's the posture we assume on the toilet that causes us to strain, even though the stool is soft. The point of this whole detour was to let you know that it wouldn't recur if followed the precautions. People who are treating it with home remedies might have got accustomed to the precautions they have been taking to cure it.  Surgery may help heal it quickly. But it doesn...

Emptying Your Stomach With Less Straining

When in pain, we tend to concentrate more on the pain rather than the position during a bowel movement, that could be a cause for an anal fissure's recurrence or an obstacle to healing it There is one point where we wish for watery stool because of the extreme pain during defecation. I can still recollect how intense the pain was. But I never doubted the posture I assumed on the toilet, not until recently. Anal fissure made me forget what the relaxation of sphincters and pelvic muscles felt like. I was living in distress for long due to that. There were times when I mistook pain due to spasm for anal fissure symptoms. Sometimes I used to unnecessarily strain just to avoid going to the bathroom or experiencing the pain again in a day (relevant to those who go to the loo more than once a day). That unnecessary straining causes the speck of stool to get stuck somewhere in the rectum, consequentially, forming an irregular shape, w...
